Time Management and Work/Life Balance are probably two of the most frustrating phrases we hear from anyone in the business. There are a host of reasons as to why one struggles. That’s the point. There is no “one-size-fits-all” solution to this problem. The first task is to understand why an individual struggles. Are their expectations too high? Are they perfectionists or procrastinators? Are they disorganized in their thinking? Are they over-burdened in their work? Do they lack delegation skills? Are they struggling with a toxic or dysfunctional family member(s)? Do they lack goals, direction, or a purpose in their work/life?

We are pretty sure we drew attention to at least one of your struggles. Instead of telling you how to manage your time, let’s offer the skills to empower your workforce.
